一昨日５月１７日は、同性愛嫌悪とトランスジェンダー嫌悪に反対する国際デー（IDAHOT）でした。日本各地のいろいろなところで、性の多様性への尊重を訴える街頭でのメッセージ読み上げや、世界各地でもさまざまな催しが開かれました。

It was the International Day against Homophobia and Transphobia (IDAHOT) the day before yesterday. Different actions were organized in different cities in Japan and other countries.

もりおか女性センターでも、この日にあわせて展示をしてくださいました。もりおか女性センターの展示については、あらためて詳しくご紹介します。

1週間遅れになりますが、岩手でも、IDAHOTに合わせた学習会・交流会を下記のとおり開催します。お申込みを心からお待ちしています。

It's a week later but we'll have a gathering regarding IDAHOT as followings.

○日時：５月２４日（日）１３時３０分頃～

○会場：盛岡市内（申込まれた方に個別にお知らせします）

○内容：IDAHOTについて知る、今年のIDAHOTグローバルテーマ「多様な性を生きるユース（若者）」について意見交換、参加者どうしの交流　ほか

○申込：前日までに、岩手レインボー・ネットワーク（メールアドレスはページ上部）へお名前（呼ばれたいお名前）とお住まいの地域を添えてお申込みください。申込受付のお返事をさし上げる際、会場についてお知らせします。

TIME AND DATE: starts at 13:30 on Sunday, May 24

VENUE: somewhere in Morioka (those registered will be informed in a private email)

PROGRAM: what's IDAHOT? discussion on this year's global IDAHOT theme "LGBTI youth" and networking among participants.

REGISTRATION: Email your name (can be a nickname) and where you're based by May 23. Iwate Rainbow Network email address above this page. You'll be informed of the details including how to get to the venue once your registration is accepted.
